• Will have to work closely with the respective managers and understand their strategic and tactical hiring needs.
• Take responsibility for full recruitment life cycle for different type of positions from junior to management level (starting from analyzing the vacancy request and generating talent pull until on boarding qualified candidates)
• Manage the recruitment process through interview to offer stage, and on boarding.
• Well versed with the employee engagement activities
• Be pro-active in identifying new candidates for new positions.
• Use different sourcing methodologies and tools to attract top talents
• Research and analyze new recruiting techniques, tools and sources
• Job briefing and job advertisements posting by using different social media and networks channels.
• Should be sound in MS- Office, Internet, Email, etc.
• Quick Learner, Target Oriented
• Good command in verbal and written communication skills.
