At KCROASTERS, we believe in creating a fun environment for our employees and giving them an opportunity to grow as a professional Specific Responsibilities: -Assist in end-to end Sourcing & Recruitment process -Collaborate with colleges and institutions for campus recruitment -Prepare and provide support in employee’s roster, leaves and attendance data -Promote programs and environment to create an effective conflict-free workplace -Apply new and innovative perks, benefits & engagement activities to organize team building meetings and culture -Ensure compliance and educate employees on mandatory regulations -Promote an HRIS system for attendance, salary slips and leaves data -Assist in payroll processing -Monitor employee morale and company culture -Manage day-to-day operational activities of the company -Be open to learning and growing with the company Requirements -Bachelors/Masters from a recognized university -Proven experience in the field of Human Resources -Understanding of general Human Resources policies and procedure -Aptitude in problem solving -Inclination towards start-up culture Benefits -Flat Hierarchy -Start up culture - Flexible working hours -Work closely with the Managing Director - Fast Learning curve - PF & ESIC - Mentoring Job Type: Full-time Schedule: • Day shift Application Question(s): • Your CTC expectations? • How soon can you join the Brand
