Job Description
Key Responsibilities:Recruitment and Selection:Coordinate and manage the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.Onboarding and Training:Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, including orientation and training sessions.Maintain training records and assist in developing training programs.Employee Relations:Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.Assist in resolving employee issues and conflicts in a timely manner.Performance Management:Support the performance appraisal process, including gathering feedback and maintaining records.Assist in developing performance improvement plans when necessary.Compliance and Record Keeping:Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.Maintain employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.HR Policies and Procedures:Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.Stay updated on HR best practices and industry trends.
Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.1-2 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in the healthcare sector.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Knowledge of HR software and databases is a plus.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Pay: ₹11,367.83 - ₹15,000.00 per month
