Location: ( Jaipur work from office only ) 5 Days working

Reports To: HR Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 0-3 years of experience in human resources and will be responsible for various HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. This is an entry-level position with a stipend of INR 8,000 + INR 4,000 variable per month for the first 6 months. Upon successful completion of the probation period, the candidate will be considered for a full-time role based on performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in the recruitment process including job posting, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating interviews with hiring managers.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Support the performance management process by helping to schedule reviews and track performance data.
• Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
• Handle employee queries and grievances in a timely and effective manner.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Assist in payroll processing and administration.
• Support other HR-related tasks and projects as needed.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 0-3 years of experience in HR or a related field.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Compensation:
• Initial stipend: INR 8,000 + INR 4,000 variable per month for the first 6 months.
• Post-probation: Salary will be revised based on performance and company payroll policies.
