We seek a highly motivated Human Resource Generalist with a keen interest in HR operations and Talent Hiring and a passion for learning. Job Roles and Responsibilities
• Handling day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, team member engagement, and administrative tasks.
• Manage initial candidate communication, ensuring they are informed throughout the recruitment process.
• Understand the hiring needs of different departments and assist in screening candidates according to the company's requirements.
• Help organize and coordinate technical interviews, ensuring the necessary resources and logistics are in place for smooth execution.
• Ensure timely and efficient access to HR-related data and contribute to the analysis of HR metrics, such as hiring trends and performance reports.
• Assist in closing job openings efficiently, ensuring that the recruitment process is effective and meets the company's hiring goals.
• Work closely with senior HR personnel to implement HR strategies and support on various employee-related projects.
Skills Requirements
• MBA in HR or related certifications, courses, or training in human resources.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in Talent Hiring and HRMS Management
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to coordinate multiple activities effectively and with attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Understanding of HR Processes and recruitment practices.
• Problem Solving skills and ability to make timely decisions.
