The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of experience in recruitment, employee benefits, and personnel management. They should be proficient in HR-based CRMs and trending hiring methods.
The role involves running the functions of the HR department smoothly, including hiring for various profiles, drafting HR policies, and enforcing company practices.
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, negotiation and convincing abilities, as well as strong organisational and time management skills.
A background in the media or events industry is an added advantage.
About the Role:
• Recruitment (non IT): Experience in recruitment, employee benefits & personnel management.
• HR Department Functions: To run the functions of the HR department and admin related work smoothly.
• Hiring Experience: Hiring experience for the profiles like BD, sales, conference producer, research analyst.
• Technical Expertise: Technical expertise with HR-based CRMs, tools & trending hiring methods.
• Training & Development: Handle training & development, employee relations & employee engagement activities.
• Policy Drafting: Drafting HR policies and enforcing company policies and practices.
Requirements:
• Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Negotiation Skills: Negotiation & convincing skills.
• Technical Expertise: Technical expertise with MS word, PowerPoint & Excel.
• Organisational Abilities: Strong organisational and time management abilities.
• Remote Work: Ability to work independently and remotely.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Media or Events Industry: Experience in the media or events industry is a plus.
