• Assessing the talent and human resource need-gap analysis, devising a recruitment plan and matching timely demands.
• Creating job profiles, job posting, lining up interviews, holding assessments and shortlisting the best employees to fill positions.
• Maintaining a smooth induction & onboarding process, defining employee career path, training programs and cost to company.
• Manage company asset allocation to employees, negotiation, compensation, benefit plans and perquisites for each role.
• Breaking down the management vision into monthly goals, OKRs, KRAs & KPIs to ensure high performance from all individuals.
• Conducting 360° performance appraisals and salary reviews, rewarding & coaching employees to facilitate individual growth.
• Developing clear policies and ensuring policy awareness, responding to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs.
• Ensuring employee handbook guidelines & processes of the company are legally compliant and are thoroughly adhered to by all.
• Creating employee engagement activities and constantly improving the employee morale, team building and company culture.
• Computing employee attendance, overtimes & undertimes, calculating salary slips, tracking leave balances and encashments.
• Ensuring everyone’s heard, resolving disputes and conflicts through positive and professional mediation to attain job satisfaction.
• Attending to and understanding employee’s grievances in their work process and facilitating improvements to address the same.
• Handling workplace investigations, disciplinary and termination procedures, including exit interviews and compliances..
• Forecast & analyze variances; streamline all departments and map their performances to the set processes with reports.
• Introducing and management of the overall Human Resource Management System Software including Payroll & LMS
• Manage all employee travel requests, allocate and approve allowances, maintain expense records and reimbursements.
• Maintaining and updating the LMS with relevant reads, courses and certification for each role to develop competency & skills.
• Manage all HR documentation and maintain all P-files of active and terminated employees with all requests and approvals.
• Monitor both physical and mental health status of employees and encourage healthcare and safety with overall wellness.
Minimum Entry Qualifications
• MBA degree in Human Resource
• Preferred Certification in Human Resource
• Relevant Certification in Human Psychology
• Proficient in Office Productivity Suites
• Proficient in English Language
• Expertise in HRM Systems & Frameworks
• Expertise in HR Statutory Compliance
