Glimpse about the Role:
We are scouting an experienced HR Generalist to join our stellar team. The successful folk will be responsible for facilitating a wide array of HR support and services to our employees, managers, leaders & Stakeholders. The HR Generalist will work closely with CEO, Co-founder and other key stakeholders to ensure the ingenious and effective operation of our HR vertical.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer and oversee various HR programs and processes, such as Payroll, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee engagement, talent acquisition, employee retention and compliance.
Foster guidance, coaching, and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Overhaul and resolve employee relations issues, including investigations, grievances, and conflicts.
Liaison and conduct new employee orientation and onboarding activities, ensuring a positive and smooth experience for new hires.
Collaborate with hiring managers to identify talent needs, devise job descriptions, HR Handbook and source and screen candidates.
Participate in HR projects and initiatives, such as diversity and inclusion, employee engagement surveys, and HR system implementations.
Stay up-to-date on latest HR trends, regulations, and best practices, and make recommendations for process improvements and changes.
Qualifications:
1+ years of HR experience, preferably in a generalist role.
Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
High level of initiative and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
