Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum of 8 years of progressive HR experience
Performance management and compensation development experience required
Excellent understanding of HR functions and best practices
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification required
Excellent communication skills and willingness to collaborate
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Self-motivated and adaptable to learn virtual collaboration tools
Responsibilities
Experience implementing strategies and systems for talent management and compensation programs
Administers the performance review process and ensures that regular processes run smoothly and on-time
Analyze and refine review process as needed
As part of HR team facilitate wage analysis including gathering data, responding to surveys, research, analysis, and presentation of findings
Conducts recruiting process in coordination with hiring manager by posting positions, reviewing applicants, conducting interviews, and overseeing the completion of pre-screening requirements
Act as liaison between employees and management to answer questions or concerns regarding company policies, practices, and regulations
Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned which may include initiatives across all office locations

• Experience implementing strategies and systems for talent management and compensation programs
