Job Role Summary
The Senior Recruitment Business Partner for MSP Client will play a critical role in supporting the MSP program for Westpac. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a recruitment environment and possess excellent customer service and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:
Providing recruitment support to the MSP client, Westpac.
Managing the lifecycle of contingent labour, from onboarding to exit.
Ensuring compliance with VMS systems and regulatory requirements.
Developing relationships with Hiring Managers and suppliers.
Identifying and addressing problems relating to reports and data.
Requirements

Previous experience in a recruitment environment.
Exceptional level of accuracy and detail.
