Job Description
We are looking for a Humn Resource Generalist for a leading PR Agency.
Job Profile:
Ownership of HRMIS, data, reports, leave management, audit, payroll, entire employee life cycle management
Implementation of Rewards and Recognition program
Schedule and own skip level discussions with CEO and VPs and ensure actionables are closed
Conduct employee engagement activities as per the planned calendar and drive internal communications.
Manage Employee Wellness Program and POSH compliance
Manage junior to mid level hiring through direct applicants, consultants and social media posts
Work to build candidate onboarding and smooth onboarding
Support to all organizational initiatives – Great Places to work survey, offsite and other interventions
Requirements:
4 to 7 years of experience in HR in a services oriented industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple internal stakeholders and navigate situations with a solution oriented approach
Eye for detail, ability to multitask and proficiency with MS office
Self driven and motivated and ability to work within tight deadlines
