Job Description
Coordinate with the respective department heads for the Job Description and Job Specification of the vacancies.
Coordinate with Consultants, Institutes for the candidates as per the manpower requirement and sharing the CVs with the respective department heads.
Arranging the shortlisted candidate’s interview with department heads.
Obtain and verify salary details of selected candidates.
Offer Management
Prepare and send offers to selected candidates following discussions and approvals from the management.
Manage negotiations, reference checks, and background verifications.
Build and maintain positive relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Employee Engagement
Plan, organize, and execute a variety of employee engagement activities, such as team-building events.
Collaborate with department leaders to identify opportunities for improving employee engagement.
Recognize and reward employee achievements and contributions.
HR Policy Management:
Develop, review, and update HR policies and procedures in accordance with legal requirements and industry best practices.
Communicate HR policies to employees and ensure understanding and compliance.
Handle policy violations and disciplinary actions as necessary.
Stay updated on relevant employment laws and regulations to ensure policy compliance.
Onboarding
Oversee the onboarding and induction process for new hires
Initiate the setup of salary bank accounts for new employees
Coordinate with the IT team to arrange desktop/laptop equipment and email ID creation.
Manage the biometric enrollment process.
Create personal files for new employees and conduct induction sessions.
Letters
Generate and issue various HR letters, including offer letters, appointment letters, experience letters, confirmation letters, and termination letters.
Manage the end-to-end process of employee exit formalities, including the Full and Final (FnF) settlement.
Statutory Compliance
Collaborate with PF consultants to open PF/ESIC accounts for new employees and activate their UAN on the PF portal & also provide salary sheets to them by the 10thof each month to generate PF/ESIC challan for payment.
Payroll Management
Monitor and verify attendance records, making necessary corrections in the HR software and attendance tracking system.
Manage leave records and ensure accurate leave management.
Process monthly payroll for employees by the 7th of each month.
Performance Appraisal
Facilitate the annual performance appraisal process for employees.
Gather performance ratings and individual increment data from management.
Issue appraisal letters to all eligible employees.
Miscellaneous
Compile weekly reports from the Receptionist cum Admin.
Address employee grievances as needed, providing guidance and support.
Mass communication to staff as & when required.
