About This Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Zoho HR Suite Implementation Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the implementation, customization, and deployment of Zoho HR applications.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
• Managing end-to-end implementation of all Zoho HR applications.
• Configuring and customizing Zoho People for employee data management, time tracking, attendance, and performance.
• Setting up Zoho Recruit for applicant tracking, job postings, and interview workflows.
• Organizing and integrating Zoho WorkDrive for HR document management and collaboration.
You will work closely with our internal HR team to provide training and onboarding, create standard operating procedures (SOPs), and offer ongoing technical support and troubleshooting during the rollout phase.
