Assist in recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews)
Support onboarding and documentation processes
Maintain and update employee records
Help coordinate internal HR activities and events
Support day-to-day administrative tasks
Requirements:
Pursuing or completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Eager to learn and take initiative
Must be available to work from our Kolkata office
