Job Description:
Intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
Onboarding – end-to-end onboarding process of new hire, employee documentation, HR Inductions,
Payroll –preparing monthly payroll inputs files, tracking monthly increments, bonus payout, exit process, full and final settlement, tracking resignation acceptance, and issuing exit documents to exit employees.
Employee Engagement – conducting monthly employee events in-office/virtual on social media, planning festive days celebrations, and organizing various office events, on as needed basis.
Employee Queries – responsible for monitoring and reverting to all kinds of employee queries through HR helpdesk tools.
HR Reports – responsible for updating various HR reports eg. Employee MIS, Employee salary reports, Employee exit reports, HR rewards payout, R&R points redemptions reports, leave-attendance reports, HR helpdesk reports and ant other HR reports to be prepared on a need basis.
Graduation compulsory from any stream
Only those candidates who can work full time, 6 days a week, 0+ am to 6 PM should apply.
Stipend: 5k to 10k depending on your performance and skillset.
