Job Description
We are looking for a TA Intern to undertake all hiring activities, right from job vacancy analysis to interviewing candidates and closing hires. As a TA intern, you’ll be ideating new strategies to increase efficiency in the hiring process, ultimately responsible for talent acquisition in a hyper-growth startup.
Stipend Expectations:
6-10k/Month
What are your responsibilities?
Training & Talent Success:
Conduct one-on-one mock interviews and provide detailed feedback to increase interview performance
Conduct resume reviews and provide annotated feedback for making the profile more attractive
Advise candidates and aid in the selection process with job-specific metrics
Placement Coordiantion:
Network with potential Organisations through professional groups to onboard more recruiters
Clearly understand the recruiter requirements and aid candidate-recruiter match-making
Facilitate video interviews with team leads
Follow up with candidates and companies throughout the hiring process
Design, distribute and measure the results of candidate experience surveys
ATS Administration:
Maintain Sapientury’s Right2Intern Applicant Tracking System
Source and screen candidates from Right2Intern Portfolio to ensure good candidate-recruiter fitment
Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill, and source of hire
What are the job requirements?
Background: Bachelors in Commerce, Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, or relevant field
Working Hours: Flexible 30 Hours/Week
Necessary Skills & Experience
Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist or similar role
Hands-on experience with job portals
Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and niche professional websites like LinkedIn, Facebook, Github, and Stack Overflow
Experience with resume reviews, recruitment interviews and appraisal interviews
Strong interpersonal skills & ability to manage a team of 4-6.
Good written and verbal English communications skills
Preferred Skills & Experience
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (Freshteam ATS)
Experience working with EdTech companies Experience working with startups in the Indian ecosystem
