Roles and Responsibilities
Screening potential employees' resumes and application forms in order to identify potential applicants for firm job openings.
End to end recruitment, Organising different Activities meant for Employee Engagement .
Posting job openings on job boards or any other Social Media Platform .
Planning , Coordinating and supervising the employment of new interns .
Candidates will also assist with the onboarding and orientation of new interns.
Training and Development of the newly onboarded ones.
Skills and Requirements
Person must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills .
Good at time Management and handling Pressure.
Should be smart in terms of problem solving and should be a critical thinker .
Dynamic Personality , Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Person should have a desire to gain knowledge
Duration: 2 Months
