Job Description
Designation: Human Resource Intern
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Attracting suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media, etc.
2. Screening potential employees' resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates to fill company job vacancies.
3. Organizing interviews with shortlisted candidates.
4. Working to implement, monitor, and support effective HR policies, processes, and systems
5. Working on contributing majorly toward the recruitment vertical and also assisting in ensuring smooth branch/office operations
6. Ensuring all the employees are informed of the changes in HR policies and practices
7. Assisting in cultural mapping for the organization
8. Working on analyzing and reviewing the policies and assisting in researching and drafting new policies
+. Conducting research and assisting in developing modules for training and leadership
