Qualifications: Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree (Any)
Required Skills: Basic MS Office, Interest in Human Resource Management
Other Skills: Time Management, Strong Communication, Passionate, Dedicated and
Organization Skills
Roles and responsibilities:
Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, screening resumes, and
scheduling interviews.
Support employee onboarding and offboarding procedures.
Assist in maintaining employee records and updating HR databases.
Help organize and coordinate HR-related events, trainings, and meetings.
Support the HR team in implementing employee engagement initiatives.
Assist in conducting research and preparing HR-related reports or presentations.
Respond to employee inquiries and provide basic HR-related support.
Assist in drafting HR policies, procedures, and documentation.
Support in performance management processes, including performance reviews and goal
setting.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive HR information with professionalism.
