Job Title: HR Intern Location: Ahmedabad Position Overview: The HR Intern will support the Human Resources department in various administrative and operational tasks, gaining hands-on experience in HR processes and contributing to the overall efficiency of the team. Key Responsibilities: • Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. • Help with the onboarding process for new employees. • Maintain employee records and HR databases. • Assist in the coordination of training sessions and workshops. • Support the HR team in daily administrative tasks. • Participate in organizing company events and career days. • Handle employee inquiries and provide assistance as needed. • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. Qualifications: • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • Strong interest in the HR field. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. • Strong organizational and time-management skills. • A proactive and positive attitude.
