About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our team for a 6-month internship. This role offers hands-on experience across various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee support, and exit procedures. It’s ideal for someone looking to gain real-world exposure in Human Resources and build a long-term career in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
Post job openings on job portals and social platforms
Screen resumes, coordinate with candidates, and schedule interviews
Maintain and organize candidate records and databases
Assist with the joining and onboarding process, including documentation and induction
Support in the exit formalities and offboarding process
Provide assistance and HR support to employees for general queries and policy clarifications
Help with employee engagement activities and internal communications
Organize small team-building events, celebrations, and HR initiatives
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism
Support the HR team in day-to-day administrative and operational tasks
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Familiarity with MS Office / Google Workspace
Willingness to learn, take initiative, and work as part of a team
Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: From ₹6,000.00 per month
