Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Noida. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resource Intern to join our HR team. The intern will play a key role in supporting recruitment processes and managing attendance records. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on HR experience in a fast-paced work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in posting job openings on various platforms.
Screen resumes and schedule interviews.
Coordinate with candidates and interviewers for timely follow-ups.
Monitor daily employee attendance and leave records.
Update and maintain attendance logs in spreadsheets.
Requirements:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong interest in HR, especially in recruitment and operations.
Good organizational and communication skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
