Selected Intern’s Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
• Ensure active and responsive communication with clear, articulate language and consistent follow-ups to close all open communication threads
• Filter and assess candidate intent, role fit, and availability; coordinate interviews and maintain timely communication with candidates
• Assist with offer letter generation, pre-joining engagement, post-joining formalities, and onboarding processes
• Contribute to and help conduct training programs across various organizational roles
• Address employee inquiries and assist in resolving basic workplace concerns
• Support team-building initiatives by leveraging reference networks, online communities, and job boards to identify and engage potential candidates
• Actively prospect, reach out to, and engage with candidates across functions
• Build and nurture strong professional networks, especially within communities such as doctors, paramedics, and tech professionals
