About the Position
We are seeking a skilled HR Professional I to join our team in Global Business Services (GBS) People Operations (PO) in Bangalore, India.
The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting the global People and Organisation function to achieve its strategies.
This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is passionate about HR processes and data management, with experience in an international HR Shared Service Centre.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert on all tasks within the team, including Organizational Management and Employee Profile - Employee data Life cycle maintenance.
• Perform daily activities according to defined KPIs and SOPs, following internal guidelines and policies.
• Maintain data confidentiality at all times and ensure transactions are processed as per data quality standards and checklists.
• Prepare and maintain Work Instructions and SOPs as and when required, collaborate with team members and stakeholders across GBS.
Requirements:
• Rlevant academic degree at minimum bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Administration or related field.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in an international HR Shared Service Centre, with hand-on experience in ERP system, SAP HR, EC, and LEAN principles.
• Ability to work independently with no supervision, effective and affirmative communication, and high stress threshold.
