Mihup is looking for a talented, creative and passionate individual with a strong HR Managerial background to help embed HR strategy into the Company. As a leader of Human Resource, your role is to harness the power of employees and to develop and promote people-related strategies that build the organizational culture. That means you’ll partner closely with business leaders and employees to deeply understand our business and our people. You’ll need to think broadly, be curious and use data to drive decision making.
Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Employee Engagement
Develop & deploy talent acquisition plans (sourcing to onboarding) for large scale ramp ups & niche technical skill sets involving various contemporary channels of sourcing. (Early Talent and Frontline to Leadership hiring)
Responsible for workforce planning (both full time and contract employees), acquisition budgets, recruitment metrics & process governance
Identify potential sources for hiring talent from related industry, local community, technical education institutions (campus hiring) etc.
Lead corporate campus programme to drive the talent mix targets & build talent from bottom of pyramid
Deploy various diversity specific talent acquisition programmes
Drive various interventions like introducing technical assessments for hiring, vendor management systems, employer branding, hiring manager capability, social media hiring, candidate experiences etc
Formulate & drive employee retention strategies. Design and deploy a proactive retention framework
Manage end to end employee engagement initiatives to ensure high engagement levels & partner with business leadership to implement HR strategy
Build HR policies that are employee friendly while meeting our business requirements
Talent Management
Build talent strategy for the business. Identify key focus areas and deploy interventions to achieve talent outcomes in partnership with the leadership
Drive the talent management process including key talent identification, succession planning for critical positions and work with business leaders on the yearly succession plan accomplishments
Own various talent management metrics
Design & deploy key interventions like technical career framework, on the job learning framework, potential assessment tools, leadership development programmes, accelerated high potential hiring programme etc
