Department: Human Resources
Reports To: Chief Executive Officer (CEO) / Directors
Summary:
The Human Resource Manager is responsible for the overall administration of the Human Resources department, including recruitment, selection, onboarding, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and training and development. The Human Resource Manager will also work with the CEO and senior executives to develop and implement HR strategies supporting the company's business goals.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Oversee the full cycle of the recruitment process, from job posting to candidate selection and onboarding
· Develop and implement employee onboarding programs that help new employees and workers get up to speed quickly and effectively
· Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees and workers
· Develop and administer compensation and benefits programs that are competitive and attract and retain top talent
· Manage employee and worker relations issues, including resolving conflicts and enforcing company policies
· Develop and implement training and development programs that help employees grow and develop their skills
· Work with the CEO/ Directors and other senior executives to develop and implement HR strategies that support the company's business goals
· Must be able to comply with PF and ESIC procedures and compliance.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
· 1+ years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a managerial role
· Strong knowledge of HR practices and procedures
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
