Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Human Resource Manager to join our team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of work experience in HR and will play a critical role in culture building, employee engagement, and talent management. This full-time role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication and organizational skills, To manage and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and HR policies, programs, and practices. The key element required is passion about fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Culture Building:
• Develop initiatives to enhance company culture and promote a positive work environment.
• Organize team-building activities, workshops, and events to foster team spirit.
Recruitment and Onboarding:
• Manage the full recruitment process, from job postings to onboarding new hires.
• Conduct interviews, coordinate with department heads, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
Performance Management:
• Implement performance appraisal systems and ensure continuous feedback and development.
• Set KPIs and track employee performance, providing necessary support for improvement.
Employee Relations:
• Address employee queries and grievances in a timely and effective manner.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and promote a culture of open communication.
Training and Development:
• Identify training needs and organize relevant training programs.
• Support career development initiatives and ensure employees have access to growth opportunities.
Compliance and Records Management:
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Maintain accurate HR records and documentation.
HR Strategy and Implementation:
• Assist in developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with business goals.
• Continuously evaluate HR policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Payroll and Benefits Administration:
• Oversee payroll processes and manage employee benefits programs.
• Ensure timely and accurate compensation for employees.
Core Skills and Competencies:
• Communication: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to build and maintain positive relationships with employees.
• Organizational Skills: High level of organization and attention to detail.
• Problem-Solving: Effective problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Adaptability: Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment.
• HR Knowledge: Thorough understanding of HR best practices and labor laws.
• Technology: Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Human Resources role.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in culture building and employee engagement initiatives.

• Employee satisfaction and engagement levels.
• Time-to-fill for open positions.
• Employee retention rate.
• Compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Successful implementation of training and development programs.
• Accuracy and timeliness of payroll and benefits administration.
