Responsibilities
• Talent Acquisition for the group company.
• Finalization of HR Manual.
• Performance Management System to the implemented.
• Taking care of onboarding process of new employees.
• Preparing MIS reports related to HR.
• Mapping our competitors related to HR.
• Working on GMC of the group and taking care of the renewal of the same.
• Vendor Management related to Admin activities.
• F&F process implementation and to be followed.
• Compensation & Benefits, Rewards & Recognition.
• Birthday Celebration/Wishes of CapitalSquare Group.
• Client database of CapitalSquare group for Festival & Birthday wishes.
• Leave Policy and Local travel policy to me implemented and taken care.
• All the letters, from Appointment letter to Relieving letter of all the employees to be issued.
• Taking care of all the administrative activity.
Qualifications
• MBA or graduate degree in human resources management or a related field from a reputed institution.
• Minimum of 1 to 2 years experience in HR onboarding process or in a similar HR role specifically in BFSI Sector.
• Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with HR standard software, and MS Office.
• The ability to work with sensitive and confidential information.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to prioritize work and handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
• Ability to take complete ownership and innovate on a given task.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
