Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Manager in the F&B industry who plays a vital role in the organization by managing and executing HR functions and programs. The HR Manager collaborates with senior management to align HR strategies with organizational goals and ensures the company's human resources policies and procedures are followed consistently.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition:
• Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies for diverse F&B roles.
• Oversee the hiring process, conduct interviews, and coordinate onboarding procedures for new employees.
• Maintain a talent pipeline for critical positions to ensure a quick response to staffing needs.
2. Employee Relations and Engagement:
• Address employee concerns, disputes, and grievances promptly, fostering a positive and respectful workplace culture.
• Organize and promote employee engagement initiatives, team-building activities, and recognition programs.
• Facilitate open communication channels between employees and management to enhance teamwork and collaboration.
3. Training and Development:
• Identify training needs specific to the F&B industry, including food safety, customer service, and operational skills.
• Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills, product knowledge, and customer service excellence.
• Monitor training effectiveness and continuously update programs to meet industry standards and customer expectations.
4. Compliance and Policies:
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations related to the F&B industry, including health and safety standards.
• Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures tailored to the F&B sector, addressing issues such as hygiene, uniform standards, and service protocols.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.
5. Performance Management:
• Implement performance appraisal systems tailored to F&B roles, focusing on customer service, food quality, and teamwork.
• Assist managers in setting performance goals and provide guidance on performance improvement plans.
• Recognize and reward high performers and support managers in addressing performance challenges effectively.
6. Benefits Administration:
• Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, meal discounts, and other industry-specific perks.
• Provide employees with information about benefits, eligibility, and claims processes.
• Collaborate with vendors to negotiate competitive benefit packages.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of progressive HR experience in the Food and Beverage industry, with a strong understanding of industry-specific requirements.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and certifications is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to relate to employees at all levels.
• Proficiency in HRIS, Docket management.
• Drafting Offer letters/confirmations/relieving letters.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Flexibility and adaptability to respond to the evolving needs of the F&B industry.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

• Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
