Profile – Human Resource Manager
We are looking for a HR Manager who is highly organized, proactive, and collaborative with a can-do attitude to join and lead our Human Resources department. HR Manager responsibilities include overseeing the recruitment process, designing company policies and setting objectives for the HR team. You will also help shape our employer brand strategy. To be successful in this role, you should be familiar with HR technology, including payroll systems and Applicant Tracking Systems. Ultimately, you will ensure our company attracts, hires, develops and retains qualified employees.
Responsibilities
• Set objectives for the HR team and track progress.
• Organize learning and development programs.
• Manages talent acquisition process, including sourcing, testing, interviewing, hiring and onboarding.
• Smoothen the onboarding process by ensuring that it's high-quality and up to date, and provide clarity and connection for employees so their roles serve the overall business vision.
• Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, or other issues.
• Ensure HR staff addresses employees’ requests and grievances in a timely manner.
• Maintain HR procedures that comply
• Discuss employees’ career development paths with managers.
• Support and suggest improvements to the entire recruitment process.
• Ensure that the new hire orientation process properly introduces new employees to the corporate culture.
• Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.
• Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department.
• Identify and recommend improvements to internal standard operating procedures, including team restructuring and morale building.
• Retains historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system and keeping past and current records.
• Handle confidential matters with discretion.
Requirements
• Proficiency with HR systems, preferably Workday.
• Able to communicate clearly and convey necessary information.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and an ethical mindset.
• Adept at problem-solving and conflict resolution.
• Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies.
• Provide administrative support.
• End-to-end ownership of HR activities driving implementation of all people practices, employee policies and procedures, onboarding, off-boarding, payroll, learning & development activities, performance management, compliance and HR systems.
• Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
Education and Experience
• MBA/Masters in HR Skills: - Compensation & Benefits, Mergers and Acquisitions.
• Candidate in min 3+ years of experience in similar profile will be required.
• Great communication, drafting, written, speaking skills required
