Job Description
Responsibilities • Managing end to end recruitment & selection process. • Handling employee queries/grievances and ensure solution within desired frame of timeline. • Submission of on boarding documents of new joiner for further processing within the defined TAT. • Employee Welfare, Salary processing, Statutory Compliance & Attendance Management • Contribute and ensure smooth execution of employee engagement activity and learning and development activity / initiative as per company calendar. • maintain data/MIS related to HR activities and recruitment. • Serve as a single point of contact for all employee related matters; provide guidance and support. • Assist in annual appraisals. • Good understanding of all HR Processes Required Qualifications • Min Graduate/Postgraduate • 8+ years of relevant experience
