What will you do?
• Work closely with the management to execute various people processes across the organization.
• Act as a support to talent acquisition and other teams for employee onboarding and departures.
Responsibilities:
• Employee Experience: Design, drive, and manage the entire employee experience from onboarding to exit.
• Compliance: Execute and own employment and labour law compliances across the organization.
• Budgeting: Evaluate and track hiring budgets across teams to streamline the hiring process.
Requirements:
• Past experience in working with an early-stage startup
• Experience of working with HRMS tools like GreytHR, Darwinbox, Keka HR, etc.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Passionate and empathetic about people and people processes.
