Job Description
You’ll be working with the HR team supporting the Engineering and Business teams. This team runs on coffee.. lots of it. Your role will be instrumental in supporting the teams in handling all the HR activities, maintaining the HRMS, and helping organize hiring budgets.

What will you do?
• Work closely with the management to execute various people processes across the organization.
• Act as a support to talent acquisition and other teams for employee onboarding and departures.
Responsibilities:
• Employee Experience: Design, drive, and manage the entire employee experience from onboarding to exit.
• Compliance: Execute and own employment and labour law compliances across the organization.
• Budgeting: Evaluate and track hiring budgets across teams to streamline the hiring process.
Requirements:
• Past experience in working with an early-stage startup
• Experience of working with HRMS tools like GreytHR, Darwinbox, Keka HR, etc.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Passionate and empathetic about people and people processes.
What matters less:
• Years of experience
• Formal qualification
What matters more:
• Patience to find the right fit for the role
• Dissatisfaction towards mediocre work
• Resilient attitude to bounce back after failing
