Job Overview
We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Assistant Manager - HR Operations to join our team at Choice International Pvt Ltd. As an Assistant Manager - HR Operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth and efficient HR operations within the company. This is a full-time position based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in HR operations.
Qualifications And Skills
• Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Proven experience of 1 to 3 years in HR operations.
• Sound knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficient in HRIS and other HR software.
• Certification in HR management will be an added advantage.
Roles And Responsibilities
• Manage and oversee all HR operational activities, including onboarding, employee engagement, and BGV process.
• Ensure compliance with all legal requirements related to HR operations, such as Provident Fund, ESIC etc.
• Handle and resolve employee queries and concerns related to HR operations.
• Manage and maintain employee records and documentation, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for various HR-related activities, such as background checks and vendor management.
• Conduct training and workshops for employees on HR-related topics and best practices.
• Empanelment with consultancies/vendors for recruitment
