Role
At SuperProcure, we are looking for a Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist who is enthusiastic to join the HR function and help the organization scale. The person would be responsible for talent planning, sourcing, recruitment, employee onboarding & retention.
Responsibilities
• Partner with the leadership team to understand and execute the organization's talent requirements for current and future talent needs.
• Create job descriptions and update job posts across all job boards to attract talent.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies and build a robust talent pipeline by consistently sourcing and engaging top-tier candidates.
• Conduct interviews and participate in the selection process to identify candidates who align with the company culture and values.
• Work closely with department heads to set performance expectations, goals, and metrics.
• Ensure the best culture and retention of talent in the organization.
Requirements
• Bachelor's/Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required; Master's degree preferred.
• Experienced professional with a background in relevant HR consultancies or recruitment firms.
• 7 years of demonstrable experience in the human resource function.
• 5 years of experience in hiring for senior roles (both IT/Non-IT).
• Highly enthusiastic and sympathetic individual, good at people management.
• Hands-on experience in hiring for both Tech and Non-Tech positions fostering growth in the organization.
• Talent acquisition experience, preferably in SaaS or technology services companies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with interpersonal skills.
• Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills. Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
