Recruitment Assistant Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Recruitment Assistant to support our Talent Acquisition team. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proactive in sourcing candidates and possess strong organizational abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sourcing and shortlisting qualified candidates using various platforms and networks.
• Assisting with interview coordination, ensuring smooth communication between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintaining accurate candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Supporting senior recruiters in understanding talent needs and requirements.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with recruitment tools and software is an asset.
