Job Title: Asst. Manager/Manager

Reports To Director Operations & Strategies
CTC: 3.00-5.00 lakhs per annum.
Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan
Job Profile:
In this role, you will be leading the HR department which includes talent acquisition, employee engagement and payroll, as well as coaching, HR process expertise and other general HR activities. You will have an in-depth understanding of key business drivers; use this understanding to accomplish your work. You will also have an in-depth understanding of how the work of your team integrates with other teams and contributes to achieving the goals and overall objectives of the company.
Primary Responsibilities: Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Manage the recruitment process including creating job descriptions, posting jobs, reviewing resumes, coordinating interviews, screening candidates, checking references, sending offer letters.
Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise.
Development and implementation of human resource policies.
Gather and analyse data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates, employee retention and attrition rates.
Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form.
Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.
Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying for new perks and benefits, and organizing team building activities.
The main point of contact for employees with everyday questions regarding benefits, health insurance and general questions. Communicate any changes within the organization.
Provide coaching/guidance to employees and managers on a regular basis.
