Job Description
The position will be responsible for supporting the HR business partner in implementing and executing processes, policies and strategies. In addition, the incumbent will also support in Recruitment, Onboarding and Organization communication.
Support in implementing and executing Human Resources strategies and processes which shall include Recruitment and Staffing, Oracle HRIS and Systems, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management, HR Operations, Employee Communications, Employee Services, Employee Relations etc. to support overall business objectives.
