Job Description
What youll be doing everyday:
• Responsible for hiring, managing, retaining, and motivating the team.
• Maintain a cohesive and congenial working environment.
• To develop and carry out talent acquisition strategies for the company.
• Develop a company policy for talent assessment, benchmarking, and interviews.
• Source candidates and fill in vacant positions in the company and anticipate future hiring needs by analyzing the organizations development.
• Determine selection criteria for candidates by liaising with managers and other team members.
• Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks.
• Create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position.
• Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews if possible or through virtual mode.
Requirements
What you bring to the table:
• Bachelors or Masters Degree in Human Resources Management.
• 2-3 years of minimum experience.
• Proven work experience as a Team Lead or similar role.
• Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
• Experience with startups preferred.
• Experience with screening candidates in the Manufacturing domain preferable.

• You will receive customary holidays in India (approximately 12 holidays per year) and 15 days of paid vacation per year accrued monthly. We will have a 5-day, 8 hour/day work week (Mon-Fri) with flexible work timings (within reason).
