Job Position: HR Generalist/ HR Specialist/ Asst. Manager HR/ HR Manager
Experience: 1-5 Yrs in Events/ Digital Media/ Print Media/ Media Agency
Qualification: PG/ Graduation with HR Specialisation
Job location: WFH/ Remote Working/ Pune & Delhi NCR Applicants Preferred

Job Responsibilities:
• Experience in Recruitment (non IT), Employee Benefits & Personnel Management.
• To run the functions of the HR department and admin related work smoothly.
• Hiring experience for the profiles like BD, sales, conference producer, research analyst.
• Technical expertise with HR-based CRMs, tools & trending hiring methods.
• Handle training & development, employee relations & employee engagement activities.
• Drafting HR policies and enforcing company policies and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Negotiation & convincing skills.
• Technical expertise with MS word, PowerPoint & Excel.
• Strong organisational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and remotely.
• Experience in the media or events industry is a plus
