Role Summary
Thrillophilia is looking for a seasoned Human Resource Talent Acquisition Specialist with over 4 years of experience as an individual contributor. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in end-to-end recruitment processes, stakeholder management, and talent acquisition strategies for non-technical roles across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Recruitment:
• Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, conducting interviews, and extending offers.
• Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies tailored to organizational goals.
Sourcing Strategies:
• Leverage job portals, social media platforms, and innovative sourcing techniques to identify and engage top talent for non-technical positions.
Pipeline Development:
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
Employer Branding:
• Represent Thrillophilia in a professional and engaging manner to attract top talent, ensuring alignment with company values and culture.
Market Intelligence:
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment, specifically for non-tech roles.
Reporting and Analytics:
• Maintain accurate recruitment records, generate regular reports on hiring metrics, and analyze data to improve recruitment strategies.
Qualifications and Skills
The ideal candidate should possess:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience of 4+ years in non-tech recruitment, with a track record of successfully hiring for diverse roles.
• Strong sourcing and networking skills, with expertise in leveraging platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and others.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and internal stakeholders effectively.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software tools.
• Passion for creating positive candidate and stakeholder experiences.
