Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Trainee to support the Human Resources function in recruitment and HR operations. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical exposure to end-to-end recruitment processes, employee lifecycle management, and HR administration.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in sourcing potential candidates through job portals, social media platforms, and internal databases
Screen and evaluate resumes in line with job requirements
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams
Maintain and update recruitment trackers and candidate databases
Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and onboarding formalities
Support in employee onboarding, documentation, and record maintenance
Assist in job postings and employer branding activities
Ensure timely communication with candidates and internal stakeholders
Provide administrative support to the HR department as required
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Basic understanding of HR functions and recruitment lifecycle
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Good organizational and time management skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail
Eagerness to learn and adapt in a professional environment
