Job Description:
Position: Junior HR Recruiter
Qualification: MBA, BBA
Experience: Fresher
Location: Indore, Onsite
salary: 1200XXXXXX INR

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Must have hands of experience in using Naukri.com/ Job sites/ Consultants, to source relevant candidates.
• Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
• Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
• Source and attract candidates by using databases, Job Portal & strong Networking
• Screen candidates resumes and job applications and assess applicants relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience
• Monitor and apply hr recruiting best practices
• End to End Recruitment including Sourcing of profiles from various mediums
• Making trackers and end to end follow-up & Coordination with candidate
• Daily minimum 6-7 lineups as per JD.

• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Multitasking and Time Management
• Negotiation Skills
• Familiarity with HR databases
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
