About the Internship:
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Reviewing potential employees' resumes and application forms to find qualified candidates to fill open positions at the company
2. Arranging interviews with candidates who have been shortlisted
3. Gathering and updating new hiring information in our database (e.g. employment forms and contact information)
4. Using job boards and social media platforms to post job openings
5. Keeping track of payroll information, such as vacations, working hours, and bank accounts
6. Assisting with event planning for the company
7. Assisting with the creation of Word, PowerPoint, and Excel documents for organizational policies, SOPs, and project documentation
8. Creating and sending offer and rejection letters to candidates via email
+. Responding to questions from employees about HR policies, employee benefits, and other HR-related topics
10. Liaising with relevant departments and carrying out assigned responsibilities
