• 1-3 years of experience in an HR support role or similar position.
• Knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with HRIS systems and benefits administration is a plus.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
