What You Will Be Doing
Internal -
• Handling Talent acquisition, Managing internal communications and employee engagement activities
• Handling onboarding of new joinees, driving employee experience like timely issuance of accurate appointment letters, offer letters, relieving letters, timely closure of any queries with regards to leaves, Insurance, compensation, HR policies, etc.
• In-depth experience in HR operation & Talent Acquisition processes, including but not limited to – induction onboarding, offboarding, performance management etc.
• Communicate actively with Accounting, Finance, Operations, HR and other departments to review cross-departmental impacts and reconcile data sharing
• Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions and helping resolve work-related problems
• Implement HR automation initiatives and tools to enhance process efficiencies
Who We're Looking For
• 2-3 years of experience in managing inter departmental escalations and Strong communications skills.
• (English, Hindi,) Add-on languages is a plus Empathetic: Empathy towards customers and willingness to help them, A problem solver.
• You’re ready to tackle complex customer problems without hesitation. Independent.
• You’re ready to manage escalations while balancing multiple priorities. Analytical.
• You use metrics and data to guide and drive your decisions.
