Profile Name - Human Resources & Administration Executive
You will execute all HR & Admin tasks for our company along with Sr. HR & Admin Executive. You will be responsible for organizing manpower planning, end to end recruitment, induction & ensuring cultural fit. You will ensure that confidentiality is maintained.
Job Description:
• Employee relations, joining formalities, induction, administration, employee leaves and attendance management.
• Ensuring overall end to end recruitment process and reference check.
• Documentation of the new hires, updating employee records (hard and soft copies) and maintaining their personal files.
• Providing general administrative support.
• Maintaining a healthy work environment and facilitating employee satisfaction.
• Supporting the implementation and improvement of HR policies and rules.
• Maintaining work structures by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
• Continuous interaction with employees to understand and resolve their grievances and keep them motivated and satisfied to enhance their productivity.
• Organizing official functions, recreational & social activities.
• Candidate Requirements:
• 1-2 years experience in coordinating manpower planning, end to end recruitment, induction, training programme, & Admin related tasks.
• A Bachelor's degree is essential.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Aware of HR functions and best practices
• Computer literate with capability in email, MS Office and related business and communication tools.
• Meticulous attention to detail. Ability to accurately follow instructions
Job Timing - + am to 6 pm (Monday to Saturday), last Saturday of the month off
Location - Turbhe, Navi Mumbai
