Detailed Job description & responsibilities
· Manpower planning, Recruitment & Onboarding
· Maintain personnel records of employment of new & existing employees
· Create policies for Travel Mediclaim, Leave, Employee-benefits and ensure enforceability
· Take registration under Employees' Provident Funds and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, Minimum Wages Act, Payment of Bonus Act, Factories Act, Employees' State Insurance Act & other applicable labour laws
· Responsible for preparation of annual HR & Administration budget in conjunction with Finance
· Gather & prepare monthly payroll information and ******** Finance to process
· Drive compensation & benefits calculation based on tax benefits to employees
· Prepare reports and presentations on HR-related metrics
· Develop training and onboarding material. Undertake employee trainings and make recommendations.
· Respond to employees’ questions about benefits & policies
· Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgets
· Ensure smooth running of all administrative functions
· Proper updating of leave records and handling of leave management
· Supervise all travel and hotel arrangements for staff and visitors, including visas and work permits
· Responsible to guide designated personnel for housekeeping & security matters
· Ably handle external visitor management & meetings
· Facilitate setting of KRAs for employees and oversee coordination and implementation of annual performance reviews.
· Identify reward and recognition schemes
· Prepare & update Retention plans to keep track of attritions, success of new hires, performance gaps, mitigating plans like re-skilling, etc.
· Ensure workplace discipline and deal with issues such as law & order, job abandonment, Compliance, building local networks to aid the same.
· Establish a grievance redressal mechanism in place to handle feedbacks
Experience & skill requirements
· Minimum 3 years working experience in a manufacturing environment
· Proficient in MS-Office, HRMS solutions
· Professional Degree/Masters in Human Resource Management & Labour Relations / MSW DEGREE
