Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced HR cum Admin Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources and administrative functions in our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing HR operations, administrative tasks, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Responsibilities:
Recruitment and talent management
Employee onboarding, training, and development
Performance management and appraisal
Employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance handling
Compensation and benefits administration
Leave management and attendance tracking
Compliance with labor laws and regulations
Admin Responsibilities:
Office administration and management
Facilities management and maintenance
Procurement and inventory management
Travel arrangements and logistics
Record keeping and data management
Compliance with organizational policies and procedures
Other Responsibilities:
Event Management
Developing and implementing HR and admin policies and procedures
Analyzing and resolving administrative and HR-related issues
Collaborating with other departments to achieve organizational goals
Preparing reports and presentations as required
Requirements:
Postgraduate degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
At least 5 years of experience in HR and admin management
Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office
Preferred Qualifications:
Good communication skill.
Fluent in English communication
Professional certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, PHR, MBA-HR, PGDBM-HR)
Experience in a similar industry or organization
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
