Job Summary
This role seeks a highly skilled Human Resource Administrator with strong experience in U.S. HR Operations. You will be responsible for processing employee lifecycle changes, managing employee changes, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment requirements.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate end-to-end onboarding logistics: New-hire paperwork, I-9/E-Verify, and system provisioning.
• Manage employee changes (promotions, transfers, manager changes, location updates) in HRIS; maintain accurate and confidential personnel files.
• Coordinate offboarding: exit logistics, asset recovery, systems access removal, final documentation, and file retention.
• Serve as the first-line point of contact for HR inquiries and route complex issues appropriately.
• Build and maintain HR SOPs and checklists; identify opportunities to streamline and automate routine tasks.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Three (3) to five (5) years of progressive HR generalist/administrative experience supporting operations, compliance, benefits, and payroll coordination.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with HR analytics tools and software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively independently and remotely.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
