Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and professional Human Resources Administrator to join our expanding office team at Drainflow Services. The Human Resources Administrator will play a vital role in building a positive workplace culture, ensuring the effective coordination of all HR functions across all areas of the business.



What's on offer

Full time position – 5 days per week, 0730 - 1540 (flexibility upon consideration)

What you'll be responsible for

Managing and Maintaining the Human Resources Register
Ensuring staff remain compliant across all areas
Coordinating the recruitment and onboarding process
Supporting the offboarding process
Assisting in maintaining records of all HR related meetings
Organising inductions and training required for staff
Coordinating probationary and performance reviews for staff
Providing expert advice and guidance to employees on HR-related matters
Assisting in the resolution of any HR-related issues
Assisting in ensuring HR policies and procedures are followed and up to date
Reporting to the HSEQ Coordinator


What you'll need to be successful

A qualification in Human Resources, or related field is desirable
Experience in HR administration, with a strong understanding of HR processes, legal obligations and compliance
Knowledge of Australian employment laws, regulations and best practices
Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and maintain confidentiality at all times
Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
High level of attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
